A CHAOTIC WORLD
It has never been so important to lead by example. People are searching for more direction and leadership than ever in the chaotic world of today, on how to act, what to learn, who to obey and what to believe. And there’s a beautiful concept I love: “Don’t set out to be an interesting person, but an interested one.”
In other words, there’s always something or someone to learn and benefit from if you have a learning perspective the end result will definitely make you happy about the hard choices you make.
Today we desire more and want to accomplish the things the “average” person doesn’t. We love pushing ourselves past our limits of comfortability and confidence to climb the lofty summits of success. But, we may feel like something is missing.
And this something which we are missing is basically the clarity the purpose of our lives that will lead to that deeper level of fulfillment and joy we been searching for.
Successful people who have clarity can answer these fundamental questions: Who am I? what do I value? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses? What are my goals? And what’s my plan? These may seem like basic questions, but try giving basic, honest answers to them. Not as easy as it seems.
