  When I have fears that I may cease to be Before my pen has glean’d my teaming brain Before high piled books, in charactery Hold like rich garners the full ripen’d grain When I behold , upon the night’s starr’d face Huge cloudy symbols of a high romance And think that may never live to trace Their shadows, with the magic hand of chance And when I feel, fair creature of an hour That I shall never look upon thee more. Never have relish in the faery power Of unreflecting love , then on the shore Of the wide world I stand alone and think Till love and fame to nothingness do sink.

  It has never been so important to lead by example. People are searching for more direction and leadership than ever in the chaotic world of today, on how to act, what to learn, who to obey and what to believe. And there’s a beautiful concept I love: “Don’t set out to be an interesting person, but an interested one.” In other words, there’s always something or someone to learn and benefit from if you have a learning perspective the end result will definitely make you happy about the hard choices you make. We love pushing ourselves past our limits of comfortability and confidence to climb the lofty summits of success. But, we may feel like something is missing.
